OUR CHURCHES

Bread of the World Commission (BWC) believes that the hope of Christ and the Gospel is the only way that any nation can be saved, hence the goal of BWC is to plant churches and schools beginning in Haiti and throughout the rest of the caribbean.  Currently, BWC supports financially, spiritually and socially six churches in Haiti: The Great Commission Church of Butte Boyer in Port-au-Prince, The Great Commission church of Saint-Marc, The Great Commission Church of Marre Mirande, The Great Commission Church of Terre Blanche and The Great Commission Church of Terre Longe.  Our pastors dedicate their time to study the Bible, prayer and leading God’s flock.  BWC financially supports the pastors to enable them to fully devote themselves to the work.  In addition, BWC equips the pastors, the members and their communities through sound doctrine and  Biblical principles, so that the next generation of believers can be the light for the nation of Haiti and the caribbean.

OUR SCHOOLS

Bread of the World Commission believes that every child deserves an opportunity for a quality education.  For this reason, we have opened two schools in the communities where two of our churches are located: Marie-Therese Jean-Pierre School of Terre Blanche and Marie-Therese Jean-Pierre School of St. Marc.  These two schools are currently providing a free primary education to more than 500 kids.  The schools have been a blessing to parents who are unable to send their children to public schools because of tuition.  The goal of BWC is to open a school in every community where our churches serve to provide a free education to those who cannot afford to pay to send their children to school.
